Grenivic Group ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to grenivicgroup.com and everyone who contacts us for restoration or reconstruction services. When you submit the "Request Emergency Call Back" or damage-assessment form on this site, we collect only what you choose to provide:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address (assessment form only)
- Property type and general area (e.g. "Surrey, South") — never an exact street address unless you choose to include one in your message
- A description of the damage or situation you're contacting us about
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any other technology to collect information about you automatically while you browse this site.
How your information is used
Form submissions are sent directly to our inbox at info@grenivicgroup.com for the sole purpose of responding to your request — assessing your situation, arranging a call back, or scheduling service. We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately and explicitly ask to hear from us about other services, consistent with CASL's requirement for express consent before sending promotional messages.
Who sees your information
Your submission is only accessible to Grenivic Group staff who need it to respond to your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to coordinate directly with your insurance provider at your request, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where a job proceeds, for the duration of that job plus a reasonable period for warranty and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a correction if it's inaccurate, and to request that it be deleted where we're not required to keep it for legal or business reasons. To make any of these requests, email us at info@grenivicgroup.com.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted directly to our email inbox and are not stored in a separate database on this website. We take reasonable steps to keep that inbox secure, but no method of electronic transmission is ever completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information sent to us online.
